Creating a newsletter in OpenOffice is a relatively simple process. First, open up an empty document and enter the following text:
Hello, my name is
We would like to ask you to subscribe to our newsletter so that you can be kept up-to-date on all of our latest news and developments. To subscribe, just click the link below.
Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Now, it’s time to create the subscription form. To do this, open the Styles panel (Window > Styles) and select the Newsletter style. In the Properties panel, enter the following information:
Name: The name of your newsletter
Address: The address of your website or email server where subscribers can receive your newsletter messages
Mail Server: The SMTP server used by your email server to send messages to subscribers
Click OK to save your changes and close the Styles panel. Now, it’s time to add some content to your newsletter.
To do this, select the text in the body of your article and hit Ctrl+A (Mac) or Edit > Select All (Windows). Next, hit Ctrl+C (Mac) or Edit > Copy (Windows) to copy the text into a new document. Now, open up that new document and paste in the following text:.
