To do this, you will first need to upgrade your blogger account to a premium account. Once you have upgraded your account, follow these steps:.
1. Log in to your blogger dashboard.
2. Click on the “Settings” link in the top left corner of the dashboard.
3. Under “Website” in the “Website Settings” section, click on the “Create Website” button.
4. Enter a website name in the “Website Name” field and select a theme from the list of available themes.
