Making your WordPress blog private is a great way to keep your blog content and comments more secure. This is especially important if you run a blog that discusses personal or sensitive information.
To make your WordPress blog private, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WordPress blog Dashboard.
2. Click on the Settings menu item located in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.
3. In the Settings menu, click on the Privacy tab.
4. On the Privacy tab, under “Public accessibility”, click on the “Make my blog public” button.
5. Your WordPress blog will now be publicly accessible once again! To make it more private, you can change the settings on this tab to make it visible only to registered users or to only logged in users.
