Can You Do a Newsletter in Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams can be used to create and manage newsletters. This article will show you how to set up and manage a newsletter using Microsoft Teams.

To create a newsletter in Microsoft Teams, first create a team and add subscribers. Then, on the team’s main page, click the gear icon and select Email Subscriptions.

In the Email Subscriptions dialog box, under Create a new subscription, enter the name of your newsletter and select the type of subscription (monthly or weekly). Select the desired frequency for your newsletter and click Create.

Now that you have created your newsletter subscription, you will need to configure the email settings for your subscribers. On each subscriber’s profile page, under Email Settings, select their preferred email address and confirm it.

Next, under Newsletter Settings, specify whether your subscribers should receive newsletters asynchronously (as soon as they are created) or automatically (based on their team membership). Finally, under Delivery Settings, specify whether you want to send newsletters to all users or just subscribed users.

After configuring these settings, it is time to create your first newsletter. On the team’s main page, click the gear icon and select Email Subscriptions. In the Email Subscriptions dialog box, under New Newsletter, enter a brief description of your newsletter and click Create.

You can now preview your newsletter by clicking Preview Newsletter on the ribbon bar. If you are happy with its contents, you can send it out by clicking Send Newsletter on the ribbon bar.
