It has been circulating the internet that Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg blogged about his ex-girlfriend, Priscilla Chan, in a post on his personal profile. While there is no evidence to back up this claim, it is interesting to explore what could have motivated Zuckerberg to write about Chan in such a personal way.
Zuckerberg and Chan dated for two years before breaking up in 2014. In his blog post, Zuckerberg writes about the difficulties of their relationship and how he eventually decided to end things.
He says that Chan was unwilling to take their relationship any further and that he was disappointed but ultimately relieved.
While it is possible that Zuckerberg wrote the blog post as an open letter to Chan explaining his feelings, it’s also possible that he shared it for public consumption in order to defend himself against allegations of being unfaithful. After all, ifChan were to accuse Zuckerberg of being unfaithful, it would be difficult for him to disprove her allegations since they date back two years.
