You can create a blog simply by visiting the WordPress website and signing in with your personal account information.
If you plan to use WordPress in association with a business or organization, you may need to create an account. When you sign up for a WordPress business or organization account, you’re granted access to premium features such as custom domains and hosting. Additionally, when you create an account, you’re given the opportunity to connect your WordPress site with other sites and applications that use the WordPress platform, such as social media accounts and e-commerce systems.
If you decide not to sign up for an account, you can still use WordPress without having any extra privileges. However, some features of WordPress may not be available to you.
