Does the NYT Cooking Newsletter Cost Money?

The New York Times Cooking Newsletter costs $5/year, according to their website. Is the newsletter worth the price?

When it comes to cookbooks, I am a bit of a hoarder. I love having multiple editions of a cookbook around because there is always something new and exciting to learn.

That being said, I have not subscribed to the NYT Cooking Newsletter yet. The $5/year price tag does seem a bit steep for a newsletter, but I think it could be worth it if you are interested in learning more about cooking from the Times journalists.

The newsletter includes recipes, cooking tips, and news about upcoming events from the Times food team. It also includes occasional features on chefs or food trends.

Overall, I think the content is good and I would definitely recommend subscribing if you are interested in learning more about how to cook delicious meals from scratch. However, if you’re on a budget or just don’t have time to read a newsletter every week, then it may not be worth the price tag.
