Adding a like button to your WordPress blog is easy. All you need is the Like Button plugin from WordPress.
com, and a few minutes to set up.
Once you have the plugin installed, go to the WordPress.com Dashboard, click on the Plugins menu item, and then click on the Add New Plugin button.
Enter the following information in the “Name” field of the Add New Plugin form: Like Button for WordPress.com.
In the “Description” field, enter a brief description of what the plugin does.
Click on the “Install Now” button to install the Like Button plugin on your blog.
Once the plugin is installed, go to your blog’s header menu and click on the Settings tab.
In the Settings tab, under the “Plugins” heading, click on the Like Button plugin link.
On the “Like Button Settings” screen, you will need to enter your blog’s admin username and password in order to access your plugin settings. You will also need to decide whether or not you want users to be able to like posts and pages without having to log in first.
