There are many ways to blog with Node.js.
You can use a web host and create your own blog, or use a hosted platform like Heroku or Cloud9. You can also use a blogging platform like Medium or Blogger.
Regardless of the platform you use, setting it up is relatively straightforward. The first step is to create a new account on the platform you plan to use. Once you have an account, you’ll need to create a new blog.
On most platforms, this process involves filling in some basic information about your blog (name, description, etc.), and clicking the ‘create blog’ button.
Once your blog is created, you’ll need to set up a hosting account. This involves signing up for a hosting service like Heroku or Cloud9, and then setting up your blog on their systems.
This step is typically straightforward – most hosting providers provide detailed instructions on how to set up your blog on their platforms.
Once your blog is set up and hosting account is in place, it’s time to start blogging! To start writing content for your blog, open the URL of your blog in a web browser, and enter your site’s address (usually http://yourdomain.com). You’ll be presented with a page that looks something like this:
Click the ‘blog’ button at the top of this page to begin creating new posts. You’ll be prompted to enter a title for your post, as well as some basic information about the content (title, author, etc.
). After you’ve entered all of this information, click the ‘publish’ button at the bottom of the page to publish your post to your blog.
That’s all there is to it! Once you’ve started blogging with Node.js, you’ll be able to write content using any of the popular blogging platforms out there – including Medium and Blogger.
