If you would like to change the author of your Squarespace blog, there are a few different ways to go about it. You can edit the blog’s title and bio on the Squarespace website, or you can use the Squarespace authoring tools to make the change.
If you’d like to make the change using the website, first head over to Squarespace.com and sign in.
Once you’re logged in, select your blog from the list on the left-side of the screen and click on “Edit Title & Bio.” You’ll be presented with a few different options for title and bio text, so be sure to choose what best represents your blog. .
Once you’ve updated your title and bio, you’ll need to save your changes by clicking on “Save Changes.” Your blog will now display with a new author name.
If you’d prefer to make the change using Squarespace’s authoring tools, first head over to Squarespace.com/authoring and sign in. Once you’re logged in, click on “Create a New Blog.” In the “Name” field, enter a new name for your blog, and in the “Description” field, describe what your blog is all about.
Next, select a template from the list on the left-side of the screen. If you’d like to add an image to your blog, click on “Add an Image” and upload your image file.
After you’ve added all of your content, click on “Publish.” Your blog will now be live with a new author name!.
