Creating a blog in SharePoint 2016 is easy. You can use the SharePoint 2016 blogging features to create a custom blog site that you can manage and update yourself.
To get started, launch SharePoint 2016 and open the Site Collection where you want to create your blog. Next, click the Blog tab on the ribbon and then click the New Blog button.
The New Blog dialog box will open. In this dialog box, you will need to provide a name for your blog, a website address, and a description of your blog.
You can also specify a website template to use for your blog site. If you don’t want to use a template, you can enter your own website address in the Website field.
After you have entered the required information, click the OK button to create your new blog site. The new blog site will be created and displayed in the Site Collection tree under the Blogs node. You can now start writing your first post!.
