There are a few things you need in order to set up and start using a SharePoint Online blog. The first is a SharePoint Online account, which can be created for free.
The next thing you need is an active blog subscription, which can be done by clicking on the “Create a Site” button on the home page of your SharePoint Online site.
Once you have an account and have subscribed to your blog, you will need to create a new site. On the home page of your SharePoint Online site, click on the “Create a Site” button and enter the following information:
Name: This should be the name of your blog
URL: This will be the URL of your blog
Description: This should be a brief description of your blog
