How Do I Email a PDF Newsletter?

How to Email a PDF Newsletter

There are a few different ways to email a PDF newsletter, depending on the platform you’re using.

If you’re using a email service like Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, or AOL, you can easily email a PDF newsletter by following these steps:

1. Open your email account and sign in.

2. Click the “Inbox” link on the left side of the screen.

3. Locate and select the “PDFs” folder.

4. Click on the “Email a PDF” link located at the top of the page.

5. Enter the recipients’ email addresses, click “Send,” and confirm your email address by clicking on the “Confirm Email” button.

If you’re using a different email service, or if you want to send your newsletter as an attachment instead of an email, follow these steps:

1. Upload your newsletter PDF file to your web server (if you aren’t using a hosted platform). If you are using a hosted platform, such as WordPress.com or Tumblr, your web server will host and manage your newsletters for you. 2. Create an HTML file with all of the content for your newsletter (including any images) and place it on your web server in a public folder (i.e., wwwroot/public).

3. Set up an automatic RSS feed that points to this HTML file and publishes your new newsletter every time there’s a new issue (see example below). 4. Go to your email platform (Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL) and create an email with a subject line that includes “New Newsletter!” and the URL for your HTML file (without the wwwroot part). 5. Attach the HTML file to this email and click “Send.”.
