Canva is a popular online platform for creating images, graphics and videos. It’s easy to embed a newsletter in an email using the ” Newsletter ” template.
1. On the Canva homepage, click on the “Newsletter” tab at the top.
2. On the “Newsletter” page, click on the “Create a new newsletter” button.
3. On the “Newsletter creation page,” enter your email address in the “From” field and your email subscription details in the “To” field. You can also choose to add a social media account link if you have one.
4. Click on the “Create newsletter” button to create your newsletter.

On the “Newsletter preview page,” you’ll see a preview of your newsletter with all of the content included. You can click on any of the sections to change how it’s displayed in the newsletter. For example, you can change the font size, color and more.
6. To add an image or video to your newsletter, click on the “Add image or video” link next to each section and select from Canva’s library of photos and videos. You can also use Canva’s built-in tools to create a custom graphic for each section of your newsletter.
7. To publish your newsletter, click on the “Publish now” button at the bottom of the “Newsletter preview page.”.
