Pop-up newsletters are a great way to keep your subscribers up-to-date on your latest and greatest content. To create a pop-up newsletter in WordPress, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
2. Click on the “Posts” menu item in the admin panel.
3. Click on the “New Post” button.
4. In the “Title” field, enter a catchy title for your newsletter, such as “Latest Blog Posts” or “Latest News & Updates”.
5. In the “Content” field, type a brief description of what you will be covering in your upcoming newsletter.
Be sure to list any new or updated articles, blog posts, or news items that you think your subscribers might find interesting.
6. Click on the “Publish” button to create your new newsletter post.
7. On the “Settings” page of your newly published post, click on the “Popups” tab to configure your pop-up newsletter settings. Here, you will need to specify the URL (or addresses) of the pop-up form that you want to use for displaying your newsletters, as well as the email address(es) of those who will be receiving them (if you are using email subscription services like MailChimp or AWeber).
You can also specify whether you want subscribers to be able to automatically renew their subscriptions after each issue is published, and if so, how often they should be automatically renewed (every week, every month, or only when there is a new issue released). Finally, you can specify how long each individual pop-up should stay open before it automatically closes (usually 30 seconds to two minutes), as well as whether you want subscribers to be able to click through to the full article or just leave with a quick summary message if they choose not to subscribe right away (usually this option is disabled by default).
8. Click on the “Settings” button again and then click on the “Publish” button to save your changes and publish your new pop-up newsletter! Congratulations – you have now created your very own custom pop-up newsletter in WordPress!.
