When you want to start a newsletter with Mailchimp, it’s important to understand how the two platforms work together. Mailchimp offers a variety of templates for creating your newsletter, and Squarespace has a built-in newsletter builder that makes it easy to create your first newsletter.
Once you have your content and design finalized, it’s time to connect Mailchimp to Squarespace.
To link your Mailchimp account to Squarespace, first log into both platforms. On Mailchimp, go to Settings > Newsletter > Add Accounts. On Squarespace, go to Settings > Newsletter > Add Account. Enter your Mailchimp account name and password in the appropriate fields, and click Save.
You’ll now see all of your newsletters in Squarespace, with the ability to edit them and add new content. To send your newsletter out, simply click the Send Newsletter button on Squarespace and choose Mailchimp as your email provider.
