There are a few ways to remove the author from your WordPress blog. One way is to use the built-in editor to remove the author’s information.
To do this, go to the Posts page and click on the Edit link next to the post you want to edit. On the Edit Post page, under the Author box, click on the Remove Author link. This will take you to a page that looks like this:.
Click on the Remove Author button next to each of the authors’ names. This will remove each author’s name from the post, as shown in the following screenshot:
Click on the Save button to save your changes and close the Edit Post page.
Another way to remove an author from a post is to use a plugin such as Author Boxes by WPBakery Page Builder. To do this, go to your WordPress dashboard and search for Author Boxes by WPBakery Page Builder. Click on the plugin link that appears and then click on Install Now. Once installed, click on Activate Plugin and then on Add New Post.
On the Add New Post page, enter a title for your post and then select Post Type from thedropdown menu next to Title. Underneath Post Type, select Author. In the Author box, enter the name of one of your authors and then click on Save Changes. This will add an author’s name and biography to your post, as shown in the following screenshot:.
To remove an author from a post using Author Boxes by WPBakery Page Builder, first activate the plugin and then add an author’s name and biography into the Author box.
