WordPress is a popular content management system that lets you create a website or blog from scratch, or you can use it to improve an existing website. A newsletter plugin for WordPress lets you easily create and manage newsletters using your own content.
To set up a newsletter plugin for WordPress, first install the plugin from the WordPress plugin repository. After the plugin is installed, go to the plugin’s admin area and add your email address to the “ Newsletter Subscribers ” list.
Next, add your subscribers’ email addresses to the “ Email Subscribers ” list. You can also add custom fields to these lists, such as “ Name ” or “ Email Address .”.
To create a new newsletter, go to the “ Newsletter Settings ” page and enter the following information:
Name : Enter a name for your newsletter. This name will appear in the list of newsletters on the front-end of your site.

Description : Enter a brief description of your newsletter. This description will appear in the list of newsletters on the front-end of your site.

The theme used for this newsletter will be set as its parent theme . If you want to use a different theme, select Custom Theme .

Body Template: Select one of several built-in body templates or create your own using one of several free WordPress templating engines (such as W3 Total Cache). Note: You must use one of these body templates if you want subscribers to be able to subscribe and unsubscribe from your newsletter through their email addresses (rather than through WordPress’s built-in subscription form).
To use one of these templates, click Add Custom Template and enter its full path (i.e., /wp-content/themes/theme1/templates/body1.php ). Then click Save Changes .
You can also add custom fields to these pages, such as “ Subject Line ” or “ Text Area .” When you’re finished setting up your newsletter, click Publish Newsletter .
Your new newsletter will now be available on the front end of your website.
