When you create a blog with WordPress, you are given the option to create a “Summary” page that displays a brief overview of your blog. This Summary page is located at the top of your blog’s home page, and it includes the following information:
Your name
The date your blog was created
The total number of posts on your blog
A link to your “About Me” page
To create the Summary page, go to your WordPress blog’s Settings page and click on the “Summary” link in the “Pages” section. On the Summary page, you will need to provide a title for your Summary page, as well as a brief description of what your Summary page is all about.
After you have created the Summary page, you can then add links to other pages on your WordPress blog by clicking on the “Link to this post” button. When you are finished creating your Summary page, hit the “Save changes” button at the bottom of thepage to save your changes.
When people visit your WordPress blog, they will be able to see your Summary page at the top of your home page. By providing a brief overview of your blog and linking to other important pages on your website, you can help people understand what you are all about in just a few seconds.
