First, you need to login to your Canva account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one free here.
Once you’re logged in, click on the “My Projects” tab on the left hand side of the screen.
Next, find your newsletter project and click on it.
On the main project page, there are a few sections that you’ll need to take care of. The first is the “Layout” tab.
Here, you can choose how your newsletter will look and feel – whether it will be in a PDF or HTML format, for example. You can also choose to add a cover page and choose which fonts and colors to use.
Next is the “Content” tab. This is where you’ll write your newsletter content.
You can add images, videos, and links here, as well as any other formatting that you require.
Finally, on the “Publishing” tab, you’ll be able to set up your newsletter’s distribution details. You can choose who will be able to view it (including subscribers and email list subscribers), as well as when it will be sent out (every week, every month, or once a year).
