In Publisher, you can create a newsletter and publish it online. To create a newsletter in Publisher, follow these steps:
1. Open Publisher and open the document in which you want to create your newsletter.
2. On the Home tab, in the Layout group, click Newsletter.
3. In the Newsletter Tools area, use the menu on the left to select the type of newsletter that you want to create.
You can create a standard newsletter, an e-mail newsletter, or a text-based newsletter.
4. In the Layout area, use the tools on the right to customize your newsletter.
You can add columns and rows, change the font size, and more.
5. Click OK to save your changes and close Newsletter.
