An essay on the difference between a blog post and a blog article.
When most people think of blogging, they probably think of a series of blog posts. But what’s the difference between a blog post and a blog article?
A blog post is a relatively short piece of writing that is typically published on a personal blog or website. It can be about anything that interests you, and you can write it in any way that you feel comfortable.
A blog article, on the other hand, is longer and more detailed than a blog post. It’s usually about one specific topic, and it should be written in an objective manner so that it can be easily understood by readers.
So is it called a blog post when it’s just under 500 words? Probably not. That’s usually considered to be the cutoff point for what’s considered to be a blog post, but there’s no hard and fast rule.
The important thing is to make sure that your writing is easy to read and understand, so use length as an indicator only if it’s really necessary.
