Commenters are people who have something to say about the posts or articles written by content creators. They should take the time to read them thoroughly and offer their opinion based on what they’ve read.
Lurkers are people who read posts but don’t necessarily have anything to add. They may just be interested in what others have to say about the topic at hand, or they may be waiting for a particular post to come up so they can read it.
Moderators are responsible for monitoring the blog and enforcing rules set by the host. They should be able to recognize when a post or comment is inappropriate and take appropriate action.
