What Is the Difference Between a Blog and an Ezine?

As a blogger, you will create and edit your own content, while an ezine publisher will select and commission articles from a variety of contributors. Ezines are typically shorter (3-6 pages) than blogs, are published on a regular schedule, and offer more immediate gratification (you can read them right away).

Bloggers often focus on one topic or issue, while ezine publishers often have a broader perspective and offer readers more choices. Bloggers typically post more frequently than ezine publishers, but ezine publishers usually have a longer shelf life because they are not updated as frequently.

Both blogging and ezining are great ways to share your story with the world. However, if you’re looking for more immediate gratification and less work, an ezine may be the better choice for you.
