Your WordPress theme’s options page provides a wealth of information about how your blog is set up and configured. In particular, you can find the “Title” field where you can enter in a new, custom title for your blog.

3. Your Website’s Home Page
Your website’s home page is another great place to change your blog’s title. Simply type in a new, more compelling title for your blog here and make sure it is prominently displayed on the home page of your website.
