Creating an email newsletter in Outlook is simple. To get started, open Outlook and click the Mailings tab. Under the Email Formatting heading, click New Email Newsletter. In the New Email Newsletter form, provide a name for your newsletter, choose a template, and select a delivery frequency.

You can also provide a message for subscribers. Click OK to create your newsletter. You can now add content to your newsletter and send it out to your subscribers. To send your newsletter out, click the Mailings tab and select Send Email Newsletter.
