How Do I Export a WordPress Blog Post?

If you have a blog post that you’d like to export as a PDF or other file, there are a few different ways to do it. You can use the Export Post function in the Blogger admin panel, or you can use one of the many free online tools available.

To export a Blogger post using the Export Post function, first click on the Posts tab in the Blogger admin panel, and then click on the Export Post button next to the post you want to export. (If you don’t see this button, your post may not be published yet.

) On the resulting export page, you’ll have a few options for exporting your post: as a PDF, an Excel spreadsheet, or a text file.

To export a Blogger post using one of the free online tools, first find an online tool that suits your needs and then enter your Blogger address into the form field on the website’s home page. (You can also find online tools by searching for “blogger export tool” on Google.) On most websites, you’ll be able to select which format you want your exported blog post to be in (PDF, Excel spreadsheet, or text file), and you can also choose whether or not to include any images in your exported file.

Once you’ve completed all of your selections, click submit. Your exported blog post will then be saved to your computer in the format you selected.
