How Do You Write Volume and Issue in a Newsletter?

Volume and Issue in a Newsletter
Volume is the number of issues produced per year. Issue is the number of issues produced per month.
Creating a newsletter with a volume and issue plan will help to ensure that your newsletter is delivered to your subscribers on a regular basis.
To create a volume and issue plan, first determine the number of issues that you would like to produce each year. Next, determine the number of issues that will be produced per month. Finally, multiply the number of issues per month by 12 to get the total number of issues that will be produced each year.
For example, if you would like to produce 12 issues each year and would like each issue to be delivered every other month, your volume and issue plan would look like this:
1) Determine the number of issues that you would like to produce each year (12).
2) Determine the number of issues that will be produced per month (3).

3) Multiply 3 by 12 to get 36.
4) Add 1 to 36 (37).
Your volume and issue plan would now look like this:
1) Determine the number of issues that you would like to produce each year (12).
3) Multiply 3 by 12 (36).
4) Add 1 to 36 (37).
